My husband and I took a cruise on a rainy day. We chose this company because the boats were enclosed. Keep in mind, if it is raining you will need to sit by an open window if you want to take pictures.
The audio guide was informative and did not talk too much. Just the highlights of what we were seeing. Our captain, Flip, was great. He was funny, engaging and entertaining. If you take a cruise with this company I hope you are lucky enough to get him.

My teen daughter and I just finished a week in Amsterdam. On our 2nd morning, we took a 1-hr canal cruise and it was great. It gave us a great lay of the land so we could schedule the rest of the week and some sights we wanted to visit.
The captain (Flip was his name) was awesome. While the tour is timed and the pre-recorded audio is synched with the trip, Captain Flip made the time fun in-between audio snippets by playing music, pointing out things that weren't on the recording, and just being friendly and professional.
I don't know if the other tours are as good but I felt this tour was the perfect amount of time and level of detail. Enjoy.
