Croisière avec le groupe lovers Sympathique croisière traduit en plusieurs langue 1h pour vous faire un tour des canaux avec visite guidée et indication sur les différents quartiers/monuments / place/ marché /histoire / musée de la ville etc Très bien pour découvrir une 1er fois en famille en amies en couple cette croisière et très bien adapter

Petite balade bien sympathique, est l’audio était très bien fait rien à redire. Le petit bar pour attendre est très sympa aussi avant d’accéder au bateau.

La promenade sur les canaux dure une heure. Les audio guides permettent de suivre les commentaires dans différentes langues. Le long de cette promenade fluviale, nous découvrons l'histoire de la ville et des monuments "célèbres". Par contre, le confort est rudimentaire.

El tour está muy bien, en cambio si ya has hecho un freetour por la ciudad recomiendo el crucero primero, te da una vista más general, mi amiga y yo al haber hecho antes el freetour volvimos a ver sitios en los que ya habíamos estado.

The canal cruise was perfect, the captin come guide gave us headphones to listen in our own language. The riverboat was clean and tidy, easy to walk on and off, it was a nice day and we got some beautiful pictures!! A great end to a fantastic tourist holiday!!

We did the early evening cruise to see the lights of the city. Easy to get tickets by turning up and allocated the next cruise. There is an audio link that you can use, but we decided to just sit outside and watch the views. An hour cruise which was interesting and pretty.

We had an hour cruise around the canals in Amsterdam and learnt a lot whilst doing it. We really enjoyed every second. My five year old didn’t want to get off. The captain was also very knowledgeable.

This is a must do on your list of things to do while visiting Amsterdam. It takes you through areas that you may not be able to walk to. The captain points out things of interest and tells the story behind it.

Muy puntuales, un paseo tranquilo, recomiendo que cuando lo cojan miren bien la metereología, pues así podrán disfrutar mejor de las vistas.

Giro dei canali in barca assolutamente da consigliare. Audioguida in italiano e Simon simpaticissimo conducente che comunque dava ulteriori informazioni in inglese. La durata è di un'ora ma ci è dispiaciuto scendere!!

Die Stunde waren zwar nur ca. 50 Minuten, aber die Tour war wunderschön. Unbedingt abends machen, die Atmosphäre ist unbeschreiblich!

Sehr nette Bootstour über die Kanäle von Amsterdam! Man bekommt viele interessante Informationen über die Stadt und deren Geschichte erzählt.

We had a really lovely time on the one-hour canal cruise. Our captain was very lovely and cracked a good few jokes throughout the tour. The GPS guided tour via the headphones was a fab idea and there were so many language options available which was a really pleasant surprise. We learned so much about the history of the city and the tour even helped us to find places to visit again in further detail after the tour. The price was extremely reasonable considering the excellent experience we got, and our boat even left a little early which was nice. All in all, we would definitely recommend it!

We really enjoyed it. We show I I amsterdam cards at the ticket office ans were on a boat and on our way within 10 minutes. Our captain (Tony I believe was his name) was lovely ,cheerful and very knowledge of the area, he also had 2 traniees with him and they were also lovely. The facilties were clean. If I hadn't have had the I amsterdam card I would have still paid what the price was (which I think is reasonable).

sitting backward is really annoying... Except that I think it is very nice and the captain was a nice guy, he was really funny, making jokes.

Booked through Get Your Guide literally 20 mins before boarding. They let us join a boat that was boarding as soon as we got there, which was great, no standing around as they weren’t so busy. We took a daytime trip and glad we did. Maybe evening cruises would be better in warmer months with open boats. The boat was modern, clean and warm and no condensation at all during any part of our cruise. The headphones were included and the audio commentary was interesting. The captain also added bits and pieces of extra info which was appreciated. It was a great introduction to the canals of Amsterdam as we decided to do this trip literally an hour after arriving in Amsterdam. It helped us with our bearings and with general historical info about the city. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that we seemed to stay on one canal, no museums seen, no Anne Frank house, nothing like that, which was a shame as lots of tourists probably visit these places afterwards. Maybe the canal boat starting from the museums area take that route? We took the one from the station. There are lots of canal boat companies, but we were more than happy with Lovers as their boats appear a lot more modern than many others we saw. I would definitely recommend the cruise and my teenage daughter said it was one of the nicest things we did when in Amsterdam.

A amazing tour with some great canal boat skills performed and a great host. This tour is very much for couples and being alone I felt a little out of place.

Done the open boat tour during the summer. A great way to see the city and the audio guide gave plenty of information along the way. Extremely relaxing to the point I almost fell asleep half way around. Would definitely do the tour again if I’m back in Amsterdam

Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it rained, I still enjoyed the tour. The only complaint was the audio was difficult to hear at times.

Nice relaxing hour around the canals. Duco (sorry if I have not got the name correct) was informative with history and fun facts. Would recommend.

It was educational, slowed down at the right places. The pilot was polite and explained well- was fun and energetic.

Une visite vraiment fun et immersive ! La Heineken Experience permet de découvrir l’histoire de la marque de façon ludique, avec des animations interactives et des mises en scène originales. On apprend tout en s’amusant, et la dégustation finale dans une ambiance conviviale est un vrai plus. Le personnel est sympathique et l’organisation impeccable. Une activité incontournable à Amsterdam pour les amateurs de bière comme pour les curieux

Expérience fun, un peu décousue à cause du monde (l’endroit est très fréquenté !!). Un conseil si vous y allez : prenez votre temps à flâner dans les différentes pièces. L’endroit est très sympa, les activités sont fun et la dégustation complète parfaitement l’expérience !

Musée super amusant à faire, il y a de tout. D’explications intéressantes à jeux interactifs. Je recommande. En plus de ça, trois bières offertes au cours de la visite. On a même eu le chance de pouvoir apprendre à servir une bière parfaite

Super ambiance Nous avons pris les billets d'entrées + le rooftop 2 bières offertes avec l'entrée + 1 offerte au rooftop Super intéressant et hyper immersif Parfait mélange avec l'histoire de la bière Heineken puis avec sa fabrication. Salle sur le foot avec ps4 et salle sur la formule 1 avec volant Bar style boîte de nuit avec une super bonne ambiance

C'était excellent il y avait une bonne ambiance le guide qui était avec nous étais très dynamique et sympa, à la fin de la visite on peut profiter d'un rooftop en sirotant des bières. 10/10

Vraiment une super expérience ! Le prix est de 25,95€ sur place. Vous pouvez aussi prendre vos billets sur internet. Un vestiaire avec casiers a code est disponible gratuitement a l’arrivée. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa, dynamique et accueillant. Le billet offre le droit a deux jeutons a echanger a la fin contre 2 bieres de 25cL au bar. Vous aurez egalement le droit a une biere au milieu du parcours de 15cL. Expérience vraiment super pour tout comprendre de la fabrication de la biere et de la celebre marque

Juste exceptionnel . La meilleure expérience de ma vie (et j’en ai vu sans prétention ) . Équipe super cool, animations excellentes , bières superbe , juste excellent et t exceptionnel.

C'est un beau petit musée situé à l'intérieur de la brasserie historique Heineken. C'est environ vingt euros l'entrée. C'est une visite rapide. Des cuves et des vitrines. A la fin, il y a la dégustation. Environ deux bières offertes. La bière Heineken Silver reste un délice.

Très belle visite, explications en français via le smartphone. On retrace la totalité de l’histoire heineken ainsi que le processus de fabrication. Dégustation de cette bière et énormément de choses proposer au magasin. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir effectué cette visite.

Super expérience, ce n’est pas juste un tour de la fabrication de bière mais il y a bien d’autres choses à voir. 2 bières sont offertes à la fin de la visite (avec des jetons qui sont donnés en début de visite). Elles sont comprises dans le prix initial (avec ou sans alcool) La durée est d’environ 1h et uniquement en anglais (des traductions sur votre téléphone possible si vous avez des écouteurs) Seul point négatif, les groupes de visiteurs sont assez conséquents et les intervenants changent à chaque salle. Du coup si vous voulez profiter de se qui est écrit ou présenté, vous loupez la présentation des orateurs de la salle suivante…. Mais je bon, je conseille !

Nous avions pris l’expérience VIP et c’était vraiment super à condition d’avoir un très bon anglais. A la fin nous avons eu le droit à une dégustation de 5 bières par personne ( heureusement que nous n’y avons pas été sans manger 🤣) et un petit cadeau personnalisé.

A faire au moins une fois. Belle visite de l'usine avec dégustation de bière et également d'un cocktail en rooftop! N'hésitez pas

De passage à Amsterdam, cette expérience semble inévitable ! Les prix sont, de mon point de vue, très corrects. Le personnel est jeune et dynamique, ce qui valorise davantage la visite. Elle se fait uniquement par un(e) anglophone, mais peut être suivie de façon audio via un tas d’autres langues. L’endroit est aménagé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, et possède de nombreux casiers pour les effets personnels En apprendre sur cette histoire amstellodamoise vieille de presque plus de 200 ans semblait être une évidence. On recommande !

Si vous êtes de passage sur Amsterdam, ce musée est une très bonne idée de visite. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, on traverse l’expérience de toute la fabrication d’une bière Heineken ainsi que l’histoire de cette usine. L’accès au rooftop est un + non négligeable, avec une splendide vue sur Amsterdam !

Super intéressant! C’était assez cool on avait prix les ticket à l’avance donc on a attendu 5 min le temps de passer avec un groupe de personnes, les ticket sont assez cher il me semble (23€) mais des bières sont comprises dedans on nous donne 2 jetons au début qui ou permettrons d’avoir des bières gratuite et on nous fait également déguster un verre pendant la visite. La visite est guidée mais avec possibilities de faire le tour librement et de ne pas suivre le guide, assez intéressant dans l’ensemble même si ce n’est pas assez traduit donc beaucoup d’anglais, on peut avoir un fil continue français sur le téléphone mais pas intéressant. Sinon à l’intérieur c’est incroyable les effets sont très bien, des immersions dans des pièces avec des mini projections, des cuves avec possibilité de prendre des photos, des animations… puis la visite finit dans un bar! À faire.

Apprentissage sur l’histoire d’heinekein, la naissance de l’entreprise et des animations/attractions qui envoient du lourd niveau son et expérience visuelle. Une attraction très sympa en plus d’en apprendre sur l’histoire de la boîte

Très bonne expérience entre amies. Beaucoup d’explications assez intéressantes. Attention par contre à prendre les billets en avance car les places sont limitées.

Nous avons adoré ce moment, l'interaction est top avec les activités proposées. Petite partie historique et visite des cuves. Pour après passer a une partie plus marketing, dégustation de 2 bières par personnes. Finir dans un bar avec dj pour clôturer la visite top

Belle decouverte ,on apprend vraiment tout sur cette fameuse marque,la bière pression est juste delicieuse et les cocktails du rooftop sont top.. Le personnel est hyper sympa notamment Michiel a l accueil du rooftop

C'est original même si la visite fait l'apologie de la consommation de bière (on comprend pourquoi les mineurs ne sont pas autorisés !), l'expérience se veut ludique et interactive . Dégustation de bière prévue pendant le parcours et photos insolites. La personnalisation proposée d'une bouteille de bière à 7.5€ est toutefois très chère...

Chouette musée avec parking abordable à proximité. Il s'agit d'un vraiment grand musée avec une histoire, un sens de visite très bien défini. Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses, le personnel était légèrement alcoolisé (fin de journée) mais très sympathique. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de choses à découvrir/faire et 2 bières gratuites vous seront données à la fin de votre visite (options pour les non buveurs :))

Nous avons choisi la formule Rock the city (musée et tour en péniche), la visite du musée est animée par différents guides qui vous permettent de découvrir l'histoire d'Heineken en anglais, même si vous n'êtes pas bilingue l'explication est accessible. Pour le tour en bateau, notre guide Maya a su nous embarquer dans l'histoire d'Amsterdam et nous a donné quelques anecdotes. Je recommande.

Everything was really well put together – informative without ever feeling boring, and such a great atmosphere throughout. The whole experience was a highlight for our trip, and we left with a whole new appreciation for the beer. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam, and we’d go again for sure! 🍻

Lana introduced us to the experience. She was amazing. Her energy got us all excited. She involved us too. Camilla was our guide in the brewing room. She was terrific. I spoke to her afterwards learning she’s from Italy. I spoke Italian with her. Max not only greeted us at the door with a HUGE smile, but he was present at our first tasting. There were fun, interactive rooms. Videos. Pictures. Personalize your own Heineken bottle. Free with ticket. The tasting room was fun. Music. Draft your own beer. Zero alcohol choice. Regular. Silver. Silver was smoother. We had access to the Rooftop with our ticket. It was worth it. Quiet on roof. Sun music. Breeze. Relaxing. View of Amsterdam.

An interesting walking tour through the old brewery, that allowed had a good mix of digital information and guide commentary. It included some tasting, including some new brews being assessed for release

OMG this tour is super fun and and absolute thing to do if you love beer! I don't want to say too much since it's better to have it be a suprise, but get ready to dink A LOT of beer. I added the rooftop to the ticket and it's not a must since it's windy, wet and a bit cold at the top. It would be fun if you have a group of friends.

Went to the Heineken Experience on a last minute trip to Amsterdam. Seems one must always take the "beverage" experiences when traveling! The 4 rating versus a 5 is that there isn't much substance if you are looking for that type of experience. This is an easy fun option to add when you are visiting Amsterdam and for all adult ages. Tickets are reasonable in price and ability to get. Staff are friendly and fun. You start out with a little history and then can move on at your pace through a more marketing type experience meaning you will see Heineken and the process everywhere in a virtual reality type video experience. And of course, when you get to the end plenty of beer! You can take your time more as well and read the information along the way. The tour and facility you go through are modern. A fun, light experience with a couple of good beers at the end.

4 D experience, because you see a lot, you hear a lot, you can touch things and you can taste great Heineken beer. I had about 5-6 glasses. They say you get two glasses but it's possible to do a few more. I was in Guinness Brewery in Dublin. Heineken is very similar. Great time. We also took a guided boat trip offered by Heineken. Great time. Rare chance to look at Amsterdam from the level of canals. Truly recomennd

This was a fun experience! It was interesting to learn about the history of Heineken beer, but the tour groups are pretty large so it is hard to hear and follow along with the group. When we lost the group, we were about to walk through the museum at our own pace and enjoy the beer samples. The tasting room was really fun as they had a DJ playing music. We thought it was funny to do the picture and video opportunities, which are free and sent to your phone. The rooftop is nice and has a pretty view of the city. We enjoyed this experience and would recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic, excellent experience. Loads of information, interactive games, bar fun and the rooftop bar was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our VIP experience with our guide Storm. He was informative, engaging and knowledgeable and was as integral to our great experience as the beer, meat and cheese we tasted.

This was a fun experience! Definitely do the video on the bikes and have someone film it from the other side, it’s hilarious! We did the rooftop experience which had a nice view but I’m sure the canal experience would be fun as well.

The tour, drinks and exhibits were fun, but the customer service is what made this an incredible experience. The bar manager, Alex, went above and beyond to ensure our group was taken care of (even gave us an extra drink token at the rooftop!). The customer engagement manager, Max, was also extremely charismatic and showed us a few hidden gems within the old brewery. Staff is a 10/10!

En lo que fue la antigua fábrica, se ha construido un gran espacio para las visitas. Hay dos opciones; una es la básica, una visita a la fábrica que concluye en un bar donde tienes 2 cerveza incluidas; durante el recorrido vas pasando por diferentes salas, algunas para contar la historia de la empresa, otras la elaboración (en esta primera parte en cada sala vas recibiendo explicaciones de un diferente guía, en algún momento los grupos se dispersan, se reagrupan, no tan organizado); luego se pasa a otras salas que son espacios donde disfrutas de efectos visuales, o salas donde puedes realizar juegos interactivos generando fotos o videos personalizados; al finalizar se pasa al bar para beber las cervezas, solamente puede beber la cerveza Heineken tradicional. A esto se puede agregar el acceso al bar ubicado en la terraza, donde tienes otras 2 cervezas incluidas; si el clima te acompaña, las vistas son lindas y es un momento ideal para compartir las cervezas y charlas con otros viajeros; en este caso, hay algunas cervezas diferentes a la clásica Heineken, así que ideal para amantes de la cerveza.

It was great. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and he knew what is he doing. We lived every single second of the tour.

I personally don't enjoy museums, so I definitely recommend this to everyone and all ages! Definitely the highlight of our trip!🤩

We loved every minute of this, as non beer drinkers our expectations were not that high, however the staff changed this. Lola and the team were incredible! We started off with a tour of the old brewery and the history of Heineken, followed by a interactive experience about how the beer is made and we then enter the bar to use our 2 tokens included in the price.The beer pouring competition was a standout, all the staff were incredible, welcoming, loved to chat to all of us l, and hand out prizes. Special shoutout to Lola, thank you so much, highly recommend for everyone to go for a bit of fun and some beers!

An absolutely amazing experience! Rory was fantastic at introducing the tour and the tour itself was very informative, and the games and photo opps were amazing! The bar itself was wonderful, the draught challenge was a highlight and the vibes were immaculate. We then went to the rooftop bar where Lola was the best part of the experience and was the best at running the cornhole game, she really made our trip a highlight! Would absolutely recommend and tou should need at least 3 hours because you will spend forever in the bar!

Not too shabby a trip.to be honest. The guides knew their history and spoke with enthusiasm. The history and experience was good and plenty to see. The beer of course is an essential part of the experience and we did the rooftop add on, which was worth it for the views, but don't do it in bad weather, we were lucky enough to have excellent weather, hot with plenty of sun. My only fault was the size of the gear at the end for buying. Sixes up to 2xL only. So if your a cuddly or muscle guy your going to struggle with the merch. Otherwise a good trip.

Wow the service was incredible. Lana was a great host and really fun! I would highly recommend coming here, educational, interactive, social.

The VIP tour was incredible! Our guide Tom was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable of the history of Heineken. I couldn't drink alcohol at the time of the tour and fully expected to only have Heineken 0.0, but to my surprise I was served 4 different beers at 0.0 while my group was given the full tasting experience. It was so enjoyable, I felt fully immersed in the experience and would speak highly of this tour to any and all.

The experience was educational and interesting . The taste of Beer at the end was nice touch not very expensive experience . we moved threw the building without wasting time.
