	Menu	Menu Dinner Cruise The dinner is all-in (included Kir, soft drinks, beer, wine) Game tureen with preserved cranberries (adjusted with vegetables tureen for vegetarians and fish tureen for the fish menu), accompanied by two bread rolls with butter French onion soup with Emmentaler cheese Fillet of bass out of the oven with caramelised chicory and tomato, a beurre blanc and gratin dauphinois potatoes or: Stuffed leg of guinea fowl with pumpkin and chestnuts, a Burgundian sauce and gratin dauphinois potatoes or: Lasagne of various sorts of vegetables with Parmesan cheese Small Delft ware pot with bavarois (souvenir) Coffee / tea with chocolate
