Delicious dining for 2 hours with cold & warm traditional Italian dishes with
a prosecco reception served on trays as well as unlimited Dutch bar.

Cold Dishes
-Mature ham from ‘Livar’ pork with rucola lettuce and wild mushroom dressing
-Carpaccio, paper-thin beef tenderloin with olive oil,
parmesan cheese and pine nuts
-Mozzarella salad & tomatoes roasted in vanilla oil
-Raw salmon marinated with lemon and honey

Various types of bread with tapenade and herbal butter are available on the buffet

Warm Dishes
-Sea bass & green asparagus sautéed
-Fresh pasta with braised leek and Parmesan cheese
-Pasta penne with brisket of veal pieces and wild mushroom cream sauce
-Roasted roseval potatoes with garlic and thyme

Dessert
-Homemade tiramisu a light dessert with ladyfingers, coffee liqueur and mascarpone.
-Orange pannecotta
